Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms cover your use of Web to App Funnel at webtoappfunnel.lol and the funnels you build with it. By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

What the service does

Web to App Funnel generates and hosts web funnels. You give it a link to your app or website, it drafts quiz, paywall and install screens, and you publish the result on your own domain. You decide what the funnel says and what it offers; we provide the builder, the hosting and the reporting.

Your account

You need an account to publish a funnel. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including funnels published by teammates you invite.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans renew automatically until you cancel:

• Starter is $19 per month, Growth is $49 per month and Scale is $99 per month. Paying annually bills twelve months at the price of ten.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• You can cancel from the billing page at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a payment fails we may retry it, and we may suspend publishing until the account is up to date.
• Prices can change. We give account holders at least 30 days notice by email before a change applies to their renewal.

Refunds

If something is broken and we cannot fix it, write to us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that period. We do not refund periods you have already used, and we do not refund on the basis of conversion results, because results depend on your traffic, your offer and your app.

Your content and your data

You keep ownership of everything you put into the builder: your copy, images, branding, domain and the funnel data you collect. You give us the licence we need to host, serve and display that content so the service can work. We keep ownership of the builder, the templates, the generated screen structures and the software behind them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Publish anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or sexually explicit, or promote products that are illegal where your visitors live.
• Collect personal data from your visitors without the notice and consent your jurisdiction requires.
• Impersonate another company, app or brand, or make claims about a product you do not own.
• Send unsolicited bulk traffic to a funnel, or attempt to inflate installs, trials or revenue fraudulently.
• Probe, overload or reverse engineer the service, or resell it without a written agreement.

Third-party services

A funnel connects to services we do not control, such as your payment provider, your analytics and the app stores. Their terms apply alongside these ones, and we are not responsible for their availability or for decisions they make about your app or your account.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times and we publish a status page when something is wrong, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Scale plans include priority support. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where we can.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account whenever you like from the settings page. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, that we are required to stop serving, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. If we end your account without cause, we refund the unused part of your current period.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost traffic or lost data.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
